Pop Up Boutique is a star up business in fashion industry that was established 2020. At first, the going well as expected, but then Boutique's revenue decreased drastically 2022. The purpose of this research to design strategy price, product, promotion, and people increase sales, hopefully designed can be applied Boutique. method used descriptive qualitative with direct observation, in-depth interviews document review. 3 were interviewed, 1 each from management, customer, expert. interview results are translated into EFAS IFAS analysis, SWOT analysis made by determining weight rating, after matrix so it seen which quadrant in, determined according Pop-Up situation. study indicate Quadrant I (SO Strategy) means Aggressive Strategy. This position indicates good condition has opportunity expand its business, using all strengths seize taking advantage opportunities improving company's progress. will implemented related price determine based on cost-based pricing also pay attention competition-based pricing. Product do positioning, product design, differentiation. promotion carried out pays promotional messages, media, time promotion. People set standardization recruiting staff including competence, politeness, selective, communicative, appearance.
